Hello. My ancestor, Nathan O'Bryant, was born in Rowan (spelled "Roan" on our Indiana records) County, NC in 1820/1822. He moved to Alexandria, IN in the mid-1840's and left generations of issue (Bradford, George, and Hazel - which leads to me).
I have only been able to trace back to Nathan, and can't get records any further back. My understanding is that the family is from Co. Cork, Ireland.
Does anyone have any information that can help? I greatly appreciate it.
