These parents had one son that I know of in Cork, Ireland

Robert J. Cotter born 1848 he married Mary O'Keefe in Cork, Ireland then moved around alot from Boston, Massachusetts to Albany, New York and Glens Falls, New York

Their Children were
Mary Cotter
Timothy Francis born in 1865
Christopher Francis born in 1868
John Francis born in 1879
