I think my great grandmother's name was Joanna Conner or
O'Conner. A Jerry Strombeck on this forum found for me
her parents under a census with my grandmother Hazel Conner
and Lee Conner visiting them. I am still trying to find
that information as I have lost it. In our family Johanna
or Joanna was the black sheep. It was said she married her
first cousin which caused some DNA problems. If you
find anything out, would you please post it. Thank you.
My Aunt has an old photograph of my great grandmother
Conner. I am trying to get her to let me have it. The
kids just called her Maeise, or Mayese. A nickname. So,
I do not know her real name or her maiden name.
