Carol,
Would like to hear more from you. This O'Connor family came from West Kerry and there is a lot of research done already. John and Bridget Carlin got married in Susquehanna Co PA prior to 1847. I believe his parents to be Denis O'Connor and Mary O'Sullivan and they lived Ballyferriter Parish but this has yet to be verified.

Re John and Bridget's family:

John J married Maria Mulqueen
Peter J married Catherine Zimmer
and more on these from"History of Raymond county Iowa"
Also
James S married Mary J ?? about 1891
Louise married Michael Nugent
Anna married Frank H Youngblut
Victor E married Susan J Youngblut about 1893

Lots more to be shared on this family you can reply to my e-address
