My father was Thomas Joseph O'Day. He said he was from New York and he married my mother in 1934 in Jacksonville, FL. i WAS BORN IN 1935. He left in 1940 after we had moved to Atlanta, GA. I never saw him again. He only spoke of his mother and a sister. They were catholic and it is believed they were from the Bronx r Brooklyn. He was 28 when I was born in 1935. I have one picture of him. He was about 5'9". muscular build, blue eyed, a great dancer according to my mother, prominent ears, balding. I am interested in information for my family tree. I was adopted and raised by my mother's sister. Would apppreciate family history of this O'Day line of mine. My mother's name was Sarah Justiss O'Day when they married.
