Thank you so much for replying to my query. Do you have a birth date or age or parents of this Tompkins Odle? I think I am a direct decendent of Tompkins. I had never been able to find any information on him. I think he had a son named Job Odle/ODell who migrated to MO about 1830-1840. I have never been able to find a wife for Job born about 1792. Job may have been a brother to Thompkins, Job had a son named Tompkins who was born about 1825 in TN. This Tompkins is my gg grandfather. I have lots of information on the children of Job and the decendents here in MO. There are census records birth marriage and death & cemetery records on them in Ripley, Carter, Wayne, & Reynolds counties in MO. I will be happy to share what I have if this is of interest to you.
