I have James O'Donnell and Susan "Whit" Doherty who were born and raised in Co Donegal. They I belive were probably married in Sacret Heart Church in Carndonagh.
Their children were(not in order)Mary Ann (who later married Patrick Bradley in Dorchester(Boston)MA USA April 17 1902.) Maggie(Margaret) Neal, John, Patrick, Dennis, and maybe Hugh. I believe most if not all the children immigrated to MA. Know for sure Mary Ann, Dennis, did.
Dennis married Catherine McLaughlin and lived in the Everett and Revere area had 3 sons.(May be alive today)
What I'm really after here is anyone that has any information on James and Susan. They've been very elusive in my search thus far.
Thank you for any help. I can provide dates etc. if anyone thinks they can help. The dates go back to prior to 1864.
