John and Benjamin O'Fallon-Clark family connection

John and Benjamin O'Fallon were named as grandsons in the will of John Clark, the father of Capt. William Clark (Corps of Discovery) and George Rogers Clark and Jonathan Clark, heroes of the American Revolution in which two of their brothers, John and Richard, died. His will, written in July 1799 was recorded in Jefferson County, KY, but does not designate which daughter had married O'Fallon.

John Clark and wife, Ann Rogers, only had four daughters. By process of elimination,it appears O'Fallon must have been a 1st marriage of either Ann [m. Owen Gwathmey-named in will], Elizabeth [m. Richard C. Anderson-named in will], Lucy [m. Maj. William Croghan-named in will], or Frances [m. Charles M. Thruston-named in will].

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Fay
