hello,my name is stephen flaherty but i should have been o'flaherty,i was born in london 1944, my father michael and was born in ireland in 1903 in a town by the sea in north kerry. his father and my grandfather was stephen. my great grandfather was called john.
john was in america and faught in the cival war around 1863 but returned back to ireland where he had 6 sons. one of them was my granfather.....but i dont know if john was born in kerry or where the other brothers decendents are.
i would say that the age of my great grandfather would be about the same as mary
