I am trying to prove the parents of Hannah Mahaffey, born 5 August 1803 in Adams County, Ohio. She married John Kelso Hutson, son of Skinner Hutson, Madison County, Ohio,in 1827. A cousin, Jessie Maxey Martin, chose John Mahafffey for the father of Hannah when she applied to join the NSDAR, 1916, but my research does not show that John had a daughter Hannah or any of similar name. Can someone give me a list of children for Andrew Mahaffey of Adams County and some background on him and a wife. Thank you. rreedy@mics.net
