In 1870 John is in Jackson Twp. Highland County and in 1880 he is in Oliver Twp. Adams County.

John CADWALLADER was b 29 Jan 1831 and d 17 Jan 1918 in Meigs, Adams, OH. He was a farmer and a widower. This info is according to Maud SETTY, Peebles, OH. John was buried 18 Jan 1918 in ?Eakins Cemetery.

When John's son Samuel d 27 Nov 1948, Samuel's wife Mary said that Samuel's mother's maiden name was MCCELLAN bp KY and that John's bp was Miami Co. OH.
