ASHLAND -- MRS. PHYLLIS CLARK, 21, of Chesham, Bucks, England, will arrive in the United States about June 1 to join her husband, BIBBONS D. CLARK, former army sergeant, of 728 West 10th street, Ashland. MRS. CLARK is expected to arrive on the USS Henry Gibbons with 451 other wives and children.
