I keep coming up with dead ends on this family. I am looking for info on Joseph Layhua listed as living in Rome Twp in Athens County in the 1880 Census. This is the only record that I've come across. My Great Great Grandmother Eliza Phillips and some of her children are listed as living with this family and I am trying to figure out the connection. I'm guessing that it's in the Broadwell area of Rome Twp as that's where my family was around the turn of the century. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
