Could anyone please look up 1856 marriage?

I found the date and place but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if the marriage record would also include the wife's parents names?
If anyone has the ability to check on this I would really appreciate it.
William Henry Baker married Mrs. Mary Ann Peoples in Athen County, on March 7, 1856.
I think her parents are Robert and Elizabeth Alexander from Washington County, OH
She was married to ? Peoples. In 1840 WA county there is a, I think it says Samuel Peoples, living right next door to Robert and Elizabeth. He appears to be married and they have a small son. 1850 there is no Samuel Peoples or small son, but Mary Ann Peoples is now living with Alexanders along with two daughters under 10 years old. I am thinking this is the Mrs. Peoples that Mr. Baker married. One of her daughters was named Rebecca Peoples and it looks like she is listed as domestic help on the Baker farm after Mary Ann and William are married.
Thanks for any help.
