The marriage is included on a film at the LDS, of Belmont courthouse records.....if I were you I'd rent it, just to take a look at the last name, Claw. That's a VERY odd name - one I've never run into before, and I'll bet you there's another spelling. There is another Claw marriage in the records; a Catherine Claw married Jonathan Huntsman, June 10, 1817... Belmont Co. Those are the only 2 Claw marriages I find, on a CD of Ohio marriages.
The name Burris, that spelling, isn't included in THE HISTORY OF BELMONT CO, but I find several other spellings you might want to be on the lookout for; Burriss, Burroughs, Burrows, Burres.
Early tax records show a Jeremiah Burres paid taxes in Richland twp, in 1810.
