Charles William Satterfield, b. abt 1827 Va., married Sarah "Zanah" Amos on Nov 14, 1847 in Marion Co., Va. This couple are listed in the following census records: 1850 Marion Co., Va.; 1860 Ritchie Co., Va.; 1870, 1880, 1900, and 1910 Belmont Co., Ohio.
Charles and Zanah had 12 children.
