This cemetery has been read and there is a book that contains the names of those buried there. The book is available at the Martins Ferry library, the St Clairsville Library, Barnesville, for starters. Take the title and author info to your own library and see if they can get a copy for you through inter-library loan...I'm sure you can find other copies if you do a few google searches... River View Cemetery, Martins Ferry, Ohio, 1871-1998 / [by Madeline Doughty and Wilma Doughty]. by Doughty, Madeline. This is the URL for a map showing you the location. I would venture to say it is open through the week....cemeteries generally are...till dusk, in the evening. I'm not sure if you're looking for information on this man, or simply want to visit his grave, so I won't add, perhaps, more suggestions that you want. http://ohio.hometownlocator.com/maps/feature-map,ftc,2,fid,1045066,n,riverview%20cemetery.cfm Notify Administrator about this message?
