searching for gallaher family belmont 1930

I am trying to locate the family of my birth mother. She was Mary Gallaher listed as 10 years of age in the 1920 census. Father was William mother was Lena. Brothers and sisters were Thomas, Alfred, Anna, Mabel and Opal.
I was born in the Wheeling Hospital in 1938. I would love to find someone from this family in order to know my roots.
I was adopted at a week of age so have not to much to go on
