According Kathleen Wolfe's website, Benajah Corson left a will in Clark county naming his brothers and sisters [Clark Co OH pg 232]. Does anyone have a transcribed copy of it? John Wood's widow, Charity Wood, is found living next to Christianna Corson, believed to be Benajah's mother, in 1830... 1830 > OHIO Series: M19 Roll: 128 Page: 100
Males Females Christianna Corson 0000100000000 0010000010000 Charity Wood 0000000000000 0100001000000
It's know from the 1915 memoirs of Charity's grandson that her maiden name was Corson (actually, he says Carson). If the will is as revealing as suggested, it could nail Charity's pedigree. Thanks, Michael Notify Administrator about this message?
