Request for marriage two marriage lookups - Kerns/Wray, Kerns/Bailey

Hello!
If anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

First, I am looking for a marriage record for a Lewis (or Louis)Franklin Kerns (may be spelled Kearns, Kern, Carnes) to a Carrie Wray. This would have been between 1897 and 1899. I am not sure where this marriage took place, this is only an educated guess. I need to rule out Gallia Co.

Also, looking for marriage record of William Bailey to Carrie Wray Kerns (her second marriage), between 1910 and 1919, most likely between 1910 and 1913. This couple was living in Gallia County by 1920 (census record).

Any other information appreciated. Will share what I have found with anyone interested in these families. Thank you!
