I don't know if it means anything, but on Ancestry.com there is Family Data Collection that lists a marriage for Carrie Wray on July 29, 1900 in Wellston, Ohio. It doesn't give the groom's name. Wellston is in Jackson Co. which borders Gallia Co. All the Gallia Co. marriages are listed there, lots of Wray family members, but no Carrie. These marriage records end in 1900, so can't look the 2nd marriage up. You could try the Gallia Co website. They have people who do lookups.
