I am not sure if this is any help but it seems likely to be the same Nibert family in Gallia County Ohio. Mason County WV and Gallia are jut across the Ohio River from each other.
I have Mary Nibert born about 1790 in Botertourt CO Virginia died about 1845 Gallia County Ohio. Mary married March 03 1808 Botertourt CO., Virginia John Boster born December 26, 1789 Weisenberg Twnship Lehigh CO PA; died May 03, 1852, Gallia County Ohio.
All I have for the father of Mary is the name Thomas Nibert, sorry no dates or locations.
