Wes, sorry I did not get back sooner. But Mary Nibert and Thomas Nibert are both apart of my family. I believe that Lavina was born in Ohio and I know she lived in Gallia County in 1850, but have nothing for 1860 or anything before 1850. Im also pretty sure there is a connection between Thomas and Lavina but I have not been able to find proof.
