Need help from court house records please!

John or Jack Duggan was in the Harrison Co. jail in the 1930 census. He was married for a few years to my great aunt. Was wondering if someone could obtain the court records showing what he did and how long he was in there. I know my great aunt divorced him and this is probably why. Can someone help me? Would be glad to pay for copies and postage and gas. Thanks.
