Your request reminds me of when I started in family history with a family that followed a similar migratory path and was asked to sort out through many counties and even several states. It is a big, time consuming and expensive task unless someone has done the work before.
I recommend that you check the Family History Library Catalog(Familysearch.org), the Ohio State Library and the Ohio Historical Society for previously published histories that may include your family.
Your names are all common enough that they do occur in Ohio and Pennsylvania and the difficult task is to sort out the correct families from the multitudes of published sources that exist for the region you have described. Once you have identified counties of residence with some certainy, probate records may exist that describe in detail relationships within these families.
