Need info about William Russell who lived in Liberty Center, Henry Co. between 1845 to 1878. He was deputy sheriff of Wood Co, took part in the "Underground Railroad" and school director and trustee of Liberty Center. Had 10 children and married to Eliza Ann Ingraham.
