Ohio Death Index has widowed Antoine Flowers, died at home in Henry Co., Ohio, 16 October 1975, age 75. Certificate 075154. This apparently matches with your Social Security Reference for Antoinette Flowers, born 25 July 1900, died Oct 1975, last residence given Holgate, Henry Co., Ohio. I am not related and do not have access to Henry County obituaries. Good luck in your search.
