I am looking for any info on John Richard McCoy born June 15, 1838 at Sugartree Ridge, Highland Co., OH Married Biddy Ann Edgington June 3, 1860. She was born Mar 22, 1838 in Adams Co. OH They moved to Illinois in 1869, He and Biddy Ann had 8 children, 2 died young. My ggrandfather is Thomas A. McCoy b. Jul 16, 1865 in Licking Creek, OH. John and Biddy's 3rd child.

According to an old obit, John's father died when he was young and so he lived with his grandparents. Nothing about his mother is mentioned.

Any information would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks!
