If you live near Jackson, I suggest that you check with the Jackson Public Library. If not, then try the Web site of the Ohio Historical Society, http://www.ohiohistory.org for a list of publications on microfilm that may be available for interlibrary loan. If they have what you want, you may borrow it through your local public library for a fee of $3.00 per roll of microfilm.
