I was unable to determine who Claire Lewis DuBois' parents were, but I did find the death certificates for her husband Jacob Edwin Dubois and her 14-yr old son Dwain Dubois.
I also found a transcription of the marriage date for Jacob Dubois & Sarah Margaret Jones, 5 Apr 1865, Ross Co., Ohio.
Neither marriage nor census records were helpful in helping me to find Claire's parents, so it is hard to tell whether they lived in Ohio or not. I looked for men born in Wales before 1855 who were living in Ohio in 1880, but found nothing.
