Neff Marriage records mid-1800's

Seeking (marriage lookup) and other records of Henry C. Neff and family, shown in the 1860, 1870 and 1880 census in and around Lawrence County, OH. I am trying to determine if the Worth Neff they list as a child is the same as my "CW" or Cyrus Worth Neff, b. abt. 1850 in Ohio, according to later census records. Want to know about him, his parents and siblings. Can anyone hlp me out, please? Thank you!
