Ann, this picture is in about 7 inch wide by 10.5 frame, looks like this could have been taken in late 1890's or early 1900 hundred. The women's hair is parted some in the front and appears to be pulled back, dress could have been a light color, she has something around her neck which looks like lace, the man's hair is parted on his left, has a moustache, no smile on their face.
