Ohio first began recording births and deaths in 1867. If you think that time period would be helpful I can tell you how to find out what records are available. Start at the FHL catalog, http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp Then click on Place Search Type in Lawrence in the Place box and Ohio in the Part Of box Scroll down to Vital Records These are microfilms so there are no call numbers.
