Does anyone out there have access to the 1870 census or tax records? I am looking for any AMBLER family living in Madison county Ohio in this time frame. Any AMBLER deaths between 1870-1880.Ann AMBLER widowed and pregnant with several children ended up in the Madison county Poor house late 1870's.Several of the children put on the Orphan train. MY gr grandmother -Barbara Ella Ambler was one of the Children sent on the Train. My Grandmother is 93 wants to know what ever we can find out about her mothers people. Any help out there? Any one else Looking for this Ambler family that was split apart because of circumstances? Any help out there greatly appreciated!!!!!! thank you- Vela Curry
