Can you get birth records from 1875?

Looking for birth record or parents names. Here's what I know, or think I Know?!

Charles Mead
b. 2.8.1875 Celina, OH
parents are possibly Nathan Mead & Sarah J. (Spencer)
m. Lida Luft 5.11.1895 Mercer County, OH
d. _._.1937 (place unknown, probably mercer, shelby or preble county, OH)
I believe he was the father of 15 children. Many died as infants. Second to last was my grandmother, Elnora, now deceased. I have a junk mail filter on my email so it does not let anything through unless I have the address on my contact list. If you do not want to post on this website, please write to address below.
