Looking for my half sister born to Marchetta Gwenn Hitchcock of Cortland Ohio and Joseph E. Whetstone M2c, USNR. Dixie was actually born in Alhambra, CA and brought back to The Childrens Service Bureau in Youngstown, Ohio where I believe she was adopted out around March of 1945. Please contact me if you have any information. Thanks for your help.
