Looking for any information about the persons named in the following abstract from Hamilton Co OH Court Records...
"BELL Heirs to Rodecker
Heirs of John BELL; deed to Wm RODECKER; Aug 30 1834; Signed by the heirs - Peter BELL and wife Mary; Margaret McCOMBS BELL; James BELL; William BELL."

Then again ...
"BELL et al to Rodecker
Peter BELL et al; deed to Wm RODECKER; Dec 9 1836; Signed by Peter BELL and wife Ellen; Margaret M BELL; Wm BELL and wife Mary Ann, of Clermont Co, OH"

Is this the Peter BELL who is a blacksmith in Newtown OH? Are these heirs the children of John BELL or his siblings?
