In the IGI the source for the record is at the bottom of the record page. Most IGI records were submitted by LDS members as records of their ancestors. However, some IGI records were copied from the films of the court house records by LDS volunteers. Those records are listed as extracted records. One project involved copying all extant marriages from Ohio through about 1880. That's where the extracted record I posted came from.

To order a marriage record from Ohio you need to write to the Probate Court of the county where the marriage took place. The charges can vary a lot so you might want to ask first about any costs. Here's the contact information for the Probate Court in Huron county.
