These are my great grandparents, and they were living in Antwerp area between 1865 and 1890. Am looking for any information on Celia Votrie. She may have come from Indiana, since that is the only place I am able to locate any Votries in the U.S. Would greatly appreciate any information. Her father may have come from Paris, France area via Canada. Mother may have been Indian. To many old stories and no proof.
