I am looking for some information about James E FISHER, son of William FISHER and Margaret Ann McCOURTNEY. James served in the military during World War I. According to a family history, he died at the Battle of Bella Woods, and the American Legion Post in Junction City was named after him. I am looking for a death date and burial site - and any information regarding the naming of the post after James.
