Fred L. Cook
Fred L. Cook, a loving, family man, was born on April 5, 1949 in Pandora, Ohio and went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2008 at the age of 59. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Maria E. Cook; loving daughters, Laurie Ann Cook and Jennifer Garza Cook; sisters, Dianne Cook and Judy Swander; brother, Robert Cook & wife Becky; uncle, Stanley Newton & wife Janice; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held from 2-9 pm on Wednesday - July 23, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday - July 24, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Chapel.
