In the Scioto Gazette there is brief notice. Laid to Rest Undertaker C.M. Freeman went to Chillicothe and brought back the remains of John Taylor Violet, aged 69, who died at City Hospital, after a four weeks illness from Dysentery. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Methodist Church and burial was made at Mound Cemetery. Rev. John M. Moore delivered the funeral service. Deceased is survived by two sons, Irwin, whose place of residence is unknown and Thurman who lives in Columbus; and two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Davis of Circleville and Mrs. Edward Bliss of Wakefield. The date was Saturday 22nd August 1925. Notify Administrator about this message?
