Hi,
I am searching for info on Sarah J. Jacobs, born abt. 1861 in perhaps, Kentucky.
She was married to Benjamin Jacobs (2nd husband).
On the 1900 Census in Brush Creek, Scioto Co. Sarah's son/Walter Jackson, from a previous marriage to Tom Jackson lives with them.
They are also on the 1910 Census living in Brush Creek.
She is not on the 1920 Census with him and on Benjamin's death certificate (d. in 1925) he is listed as widowed and wife's name was Sarah.
Benjamin is living next to her son, Walter Jackson.
Benjamin is buried with a previous wife, not Sarah.
On Walter's death certificate, it states her maiden name as Acton.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
