1903 Marriage lookup for John Elmer and Elizabeth Davis

I’m hoping to get a marriage lookup for my gg-grandparents John Elmer Davis (1880-1949) and Elizabeth (maiden name George?) (1878-?). I have a date of June 24, 1903 on which the marriage occurred, based on a newspaper clipping in the Portsmouth (Ohio) Daily Times on the occasion of their son’s marriage (24 years to the day after his parents married).

This family moved around quite a bit, at various times I have them in Scioto County, Ohio, Hamilton County, Ohio, and Greenup County, Kentucky. I am hoping that a marriage record will provide me enough specifics on Elizabeth to trace her line back further.

If anyone can be of help, it would be much appreciated!
