Philip L. Pyles of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Wetona; two sons, Philip III,
serving with the Army in Germany, and James Paul, and his

Services are to be at McNamara Funeral Home in Columbus,
with burial here.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight and 2 to and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.

I wish to thank the friends of my late sister. Nellie James, for all the beautiful flowers and her Sunday School Class for their flowers.
I thank Rev. Herbert and Rev. Evan D. Jones for their prayers and consoling words, the pallbearers and the ones gave use of their cars. The Brock Funeral Home, and for the beautiful cards of sympathy.

Mrs. Pollack Levernier
Mrs. Florence Levernier, 35, wife of Pollack Levernier, 621 Eighth st, passed away at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at their home after a two-year illness.
A life-long resident of Scioto Co. Mrs. Levernier was born Nov. 9, 1860 (Looks like 8th or 9th could be wrong), at French Grant, a daughter of the late Joseph and Leah Moser Faverty. In 1885 she was married in Portsmouth.
Mrs. Levernier was a member of the First United Brethren church.
She is survived hy her husband;four children Mrs. Mary Kelley, 529 Second st., Mrs. Nellie James, at home, Mrs. John O'Rourke, 1510 Chillicothe st and Mrs. Lula Holbert, 10101 1/2 Gallia st; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Moore of New Castle, Pa., and Mrs. Josephine Freeman of South Portsmouth; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The body is at Melcher funeral home, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday.
