Etta Nichols Davis was living in Erick, Oklahoma, in January 1931, according to the obituary of her sister Adeline Nichols Lee. Etta was the daughter of Green Jackson Nichols and Ruthie M. Duncan. She was born about 1866 in Marion Co., AL. She was married to Tom Davis, date and location unknown. At present, there is no proven information about Tom Davis. Tom and Etta Davis do not appear to be in the 1930 Erick, Beckham Co., census, but there are several other Davis families in the census. Any relation to Tom and Etta Davis remains unproven.
