Mr. Smith:
I was able to find Samuel (or at least a S.A. RADFORD), however wasn't able to find John Wesley as of yet. I searched the following townships which surround the Carnegie & Eakly areas: South Lathram, North Lathram, Fort Cobb, Swan Lake, Beaver, Banner, Willow, Caddo & Grandview.
The names for S.A. RADFORD and family were a little difficult to decipher, however, I think I got them right. If you find I have made a mistake... please let me know so I can correct it on my transcribed records... Thanks! and here's the information I found:
