Now let me see if I can help you with those first names for your transcription.
Samuel A. Radford's wife's given names were Julia Lavanna.

The given names of their known children were:

Daughters: Beulah, May and Lavada;
Sons: Asbery or Asbury, Jeff and Jack.

I know there was at least one other daughter that is missing from the HH by the 1920 census.
Perhaps you will pick her up in the 1910 census. I do not know her given name.

I have assumed that Jack was born after the 1920 census. He is listed as "living at home"
in Samuel's obit in 1924.

Hope this helps you figure out the census taker's script. Do you get the feeling sometimes that census takers all grew up to become doctors? <g>
