Have you checked with Roy Thomas and Jim Gordan? They put up the stone marker for the Pioneer Cemetery. I talked to Roy a few minutes and he said he thought there was a Payne child and Wildman child buried there. My husbands aunt Merle Goodwin was married to Bill Wildman. And so I called a Wildman cousin and so far have not found any kind of information. But on page 191 of the Alfalfa Community Book, it tells about the Dick Wildlman family that was living there in 1909. Quoting: "They then bought the farm 5 miles east and 1 mile south of Alfalfa in 1909. It was here that twins Reca and Rena were born;---- Reca died at birth and Rena died in 1937 at age 25"
I'll check the Carnegie newspaper for the Rena's obit in 1937, to see if it might tell where Reca was mentioned or buried. Not to hopeful though.
Roy also mentiioned the Bufflo soilders, but I assume you've heard about that.
