I am searching for information about the Joe Dugger and his parents found on the 1920 census of Cement,Caddo,Oklahoma. This is what I know. Joe was married to Janie Beals in early 1900's. They had 3 children, Bonnie,Russell,Thelma (or Ellen). They were living in Osage,Osage,Ok. in 1919. Janie was accidentally killed, so Joe took his two oldest children back to Cement to his parents. The baby was given to a neighbor to raise. I believe Russell died in 1997 in Sulphur,Murray,Ok. If you can help, e-mail me at morgan_waldrop@sbcglobal.net. Thanks, Martha
